App not starting under Windows 10 Mobile Build 10166 (only after Hard-Reset)

On Windows 10 Mobile Build 10166 the App cannot be started anymore if a hard-reset was done.
When pressing the OutdoorMaps tile nothing happened. :-(

Is there already a new Windows 10 Universal App available for testing? :-)

Dear,
The Windows Mobile 10 Build is not in a final stage.

There come yet too many changes to test it currently.
